Answers to common questions about Papermint.
Where are my documents?
Documents you import are in the Files app, under On My iPhone › Papermint. With iCloud Sync on, they're in iCloud Drive › Papermint, and appear on all your devices.
How do I add a document?
Tap + in the library. You can import a PDF from Files, scan paper with the camera, or make a PDF from photos. You can also open any PDF in Papermint from the Files app or the share sheet.
How do I sign a document?
Open it and choose the signature tool. Draw your signature once and place it on the page. Papermint remembers your signature for next time.
What does Papermint Pro add?
Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription. It adds true redaction, compression, password protection, and making scanned PDFs searchable. Reading, marking up, filling, signing and scanning are free.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings in Papermint and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account you bought Pro with. Restoring is free.
My documents don't appear on my other device
Check that iCloud Sync is on in Papermint's Settings on both devices, that both are signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive on, and that both are online. Large files can take a few minutes.
Summarize and Ask are missing
They use on-device Apple Intelligence, which needs a supported iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on in the iOS Settings app.
